Appendix “P7-Office. Documents ”is designed to work with files stored in the P7-Office cloud. With it you can: - edit text documents, spreadsheets and presentations; - view PDF; - share files with colleagues; - work together in real time; - print documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Document Editor Features: - formatting text, paragraphs and whole pages; - insert links, lists, tables, images and autofigs; - editing chart data; - change text wrapping styles. Spreadsheet Editor Functions: - create and delete sheets; - management of columns and rows; - formatting text in cells, changing the properties of cells; - insert links, diagrams, formulas, autofigs and images. Presentation Editor Features: - slide control, change themes, layout, background; - transition effect; - text formatting and application of styles; - insert images, tables and avtofigur; - change data charts.
